aptly figured i allways suppose they themselves decided on "hell-burned-on" after coalescing on the irakis safety "as being bombed", that one..
halliburton? rings a bell? figurehead in the not-so-great shamecases in the public reference for criminality between the rules of engagement?
well it also was at the party on the deep horizon spill, when they blew it up.
the day's news is : they destroyed the evidence of the failed concrete casing.
oh i remember some specifics, that they had not used the required number attachments, that it was not explained that to little cement was used, that there was every kind of indication it was somehow leaking and "compromised" from the tests and logs, and that not a very few people had been signalling the kind of warnings that predict calamity to a professional, wich went largely utterly completely and culpably ignored with the usual note, notes even, of coercion.
not that the last thiong is what i assume they destroyed as 'evidence' but the rest is.
mind you, still this year all 3 partners in the technical aspects of the fiasco have been declared guilty before a some court..

sorry excuses
starting with libya, i feel sorry i forgot to name el barda , misurata we can call libya antique.
the real reason to name north libya north libya is obviously because it is in the south, upper nubia and the border corridor. we can name egypt de nord de libe (how do you spell that).
the western border, so the northern neighbours of tripoli, we could call brega.
becus of todays offensive.
that way i count 6 nationalities in libya only.
we still need more enclaves to ensure everyone has a usefull share of the oilprofits. oil is ofcourse distributed underground, noone to know exactly where it really sticks, and who have we to tell.

that is a wrong (s.e.o.a) reasoning, but it exists, and in the mind of the financial may be all-prevailing.
at least it appears to have convinced some,
now internet regulation, but actually the more so the regulation of the networked virtual dbases and their applications is damnedly badly regulated, likewise are financial and adminastrative services. that is related, and unseparable.
yet it is completely besides the point to regulate it in other terms then freedom of investigation , freedom of expression , and , why not, the advantage of criminal liability.
my guess is that principle has not been applied to the internet in a meaningfull manner at all yet because the whole financial sector is moving in the direction of cheating and intimidating the customer under an umbrella of very fraudulent prepositions of opiniation.

tremendous unique nascent evolutionairy security issues aroused
there is only room for hyperlatives.
tunesia.
what a miracle, and what a joy to see some really democratic effort in my lifetime.
i think of the people of tunesia every day and hope hard as i can they will be well.
today i saw some coverage of the protests. with some shame i admit i hadn't expected our same rhytm, the slogans for wich our police attacks tramples, gasses, drives over, and handicaps us.
the united people, battered and locked up, at least overhere.
whilst here we witness an ever eroding perception of rights and law, overthere to witness the same revolutionairy elan succesfully beat injustice, infringments, repression and nepotism, overhere we have become subdued, maddened and sullened by the mounting evidence of the purposefull betrayel of the principles so much professed by western damnocrazy's.
back to undercooled observations, have you noticed how very democratic, very explicitly pro freedom, very political, the inexperienced tunesian revolutionairy's shaped their take over?
wallah its a miracle.
there's been quite a list of miracles in tunesia in fact. the police (credit been given to the justice minister (after a 100 odd deaths...)) stopped short of a complete massacre.
a miracle.
the army decided to defend the people of the nation instead of the capitalists of the nation.
a huge miracle.
the dictators flew, leaving a trail of shimmery finanical transactions but with probably that much of a reserve (..)
at that point perhaps a bit less of a miracle.
our, usian, intellectualist, liberal influence overthere is not to bad, under the revolutionairy circumstance, internet, facebook twitter or myspace and their cousins, educated the suffering poor of tunesia more then it did the inflating bodys of the rich in the western world.
its a miracle.
tunesians are the greatest miracle of all, as they stubbornly and solidairy protest their right for a real change, not a cosmetic one, that only prepares the next fraudulent elections.
where will we go from here? i think we , the west, have no real option but to shake hands, referring the courage, and hoping for the best from what miraculous trust and desire for justice , equality and freedom the tunesians projected.
do i expect such a positive approach?
unfortunately i am not so sure, i expect paranoid manouvring, and investments in fear.
after all it is a miracle,
a *real* revolution.
something for and off the people.
no the west.. will not cope with that easily or without the objective of profit, wich apparently in north african terms translates into dictatorships.
i am not surprised by that ofcourse btw. things are as they are, and to some they seem what they are no matter how elaborately disguised and how eloquently denied.

our freedom of speech is not anymore as much as it even was under ben ali. you are free to speak unless you are critical of authority in this nation. (1)
for this single line even i can expect to be prosecuted, or in the least have my home attacked, being locked up in a cell to the sound of drills, and probably filed or punished in complete contraditction of our constitutions and fundamental laws once over.
all in a sneaky manner as to not let loose, it's affirming dominance. marginalising individuals in their quests for justice.
eerily i watch constitutional rights being broken down under the guise of the next scapegoat.
afer hatecampaigns and deceit, lies , insults and acquisations against the squatter movement, the next victim, the next jew for the smallminded and hatewinger, is the smoker of marihuana.
for example when recently a policeman raped and murdered a little girl, outragious claims over the effect of marihuana on that were made.
i swear even if i smoke an ounce (not "two little packages") of marihuana, and kill someone, i will remember into detail all my life.
so would anyone, even a cop.

a panic people (2)
i guess the intention was that i would write about how i get intimidated and harrassed by the police, and my things stolen every time they get their hands on anything, but it is not so important as what was in my mind already.
i know they have a special service to annoy people like me, (people with unwanted political opinions) and if the signs don't lie i have a nasty year ahead, with all this effort to make sure i am hungry in januar.
anyway its not the point, this is about climate change..
a true reason for panic ain't?
soo what about climate change? its not even freezing in the middle of the night the first week of januar,
ok this about it..
since the climate top failed miserably (1) every day we had forecasts for terrible winterweather. they even upgraded the warning for i dunno what ( i wasn't acutely aware of any status of this half winter almost without frost) to extreme.
well its not extreme at all, only it snowed only thrice in like 30 years, and usually we would have had well uhm 30 times snow a year? 2 months frost?
this year however it snows, and that is visible, so u can create a panic around it.
i dont really watch tv. it's horrible, , adds, and prop, not uncommonly agiprop, but sometimes i see some anyhow, well these days it is nonsense about extreme cold time. so they predicted cold and more snow every day.(it hasnt really been cold, and it snowed like 4 days or so)
worse... today i saw in a tv program about expensive cars, someone get out of a very chique car (with an obviously extremely bad heater) and start pathetical shivering. (i can be quite pathetic if i want to get out of claustrophobiac situations myself.)
pathetically shivering 1 second after he getx out of this really luxurious car he posed he wanted the earth to heat more.. he doesnt care about people who live in a warm country allready, no he cares about lying when gets out of a heated car in a script to cause panic.

i don't belief anything about these yurpean elections. what? 40% only voters? that can't be true, even in the 2 minutes i spend a percentage of the neighbourhood's electorate was visible, on one other occasion i was the only one not to have voted yet. so thats point one. question: why? answer SP (socialist party).
i bet all the 20 odd percent disappeared voters all voted SP, like last time.
Next the pvdd seems to have made a hit, not unthinkable, according the same logic the dutch vote Socialist Party ( a rather new socialist alternative over the neo liberal) they may opt to vote a greener , and even more obscurable party. (signals pointing to red here).
thats for nr's of voters. it explains sth to the results.
next the rascist party (a deliberate and most hyped conservative ofshoot among many),
is said to have got seats. On the one side obviously the campaign of the multinationals and media to promote rightwing extremism is succeeding in confusing more people, otoh. it is not at all credible such a high number would vote them. The last elections here only a couple of skinheads were willing to publicly celebrate this party's 'succes'. It's actually (sobs) a clear proof whatever signal the populace gives the extremist rightwing "majority" like eg. in italy spain and france, is what is in the make for the dutch.
so the next contemplation should be the counting. This time the vote was on paper.
it kinda cheered me up. but i have a question, is it still only conservative rightwingers with a high income are allowed to count?
next point. In this nation it appears migrant votes are disgarded. (i voted for a female migrant, so i spose i am disgarded for migrantness myself.) This is not a suspicion. It's an awfull certainty. The extend appears to be the full 100%....
i have a remark about this. Where this happens over all of europe, 100% of coloured people in europe have zero percent influence. I start to wonder, how extremely racist are the rich?

I am a bit dazed. the whole usia election thing is going on with strong undertones as ever. Suggestive voices whisper through every channel, people that before seemed to want moderate exchange, suddenly turned rabiatly convinced conservatives.. etc.

Obama is a much greater guy then you would even need to change the world there,

2008 year of the censors
Don't be surprised. It's the general trend. So 2008 will be a more censored year then the year before. election haze. We will be lured by election hazes more then ever, the capitalist system, the corporates are trying to sell campaigns for democracy. only strong action by the populaces offers a chance on somewhat representative "results" tho. People are very easy to believe.
A recent example is the "speedboat incident" another insignificant if even real incident that will take a prominent place in wikipedia-en.(most probably)
for one thing the us navy said it had video.. but released scenes only later.
That beside i have a slight suspicion boats are around there all the time, and this time may have thrown sigaret buds in the water?
It's just an example how hardly noteworthy and possibly framed incidents, the viddeo is not very convincing, are abused to influence one of these supposedly 'significant' 'democratic' elections. If you keep an eye open in the current trend of stressing elections in the media and reward disproved results 'incidents' will be more often witnessed. Usually it is the timing that tells the character of the incident.
For example: the incident in pakistan today. Why was it timed there? was the man exploding before the lawyers arrived purposedly?? yes. most probably, if the current version is true (he didn't crash a motorbike in a truck, and he was not on foot),
but arrived on motorbike (largely undamaged) , and ran into a crowd of policeman,
he deliberately targetted the police, or perhaps the cops. However the timing then suggest an alliance with the gathering of lawyers. Not improbable, the anti- musharaf lawyers do tend to democracy perhaps, but tend to be the ones with the conservative aproach, logically speaking, from our point of view, because much of the legal dispute is focussed around the implementation of sharia, or it's veritability contrary to the juridical system.(iafaik)
there is the usual natural alliance of this 'taliban' with the more libertarian forces ofcourse, because both are repressed. However i have not discovered a party in pakistan politics intend on serving the populace (as opposed to eg. their purses), or it must be musharafs. So i kind of exclude the really progressive forces in pkaistan of teh violence. (perhaps not justified, pronouncedly so if the pakistan army itself would be known inside pakistan to use means equaly awfull, (practically , the same). If all 3 recent attacks would be framed by musharaf he certainly hates the cops. Not the most fearsome aspect a dictator could have.

to-do list
Like everyone else venting his personal emotions into the blogosphere, i can get pretty annoyed by my own posting. So much to write and so little content.
It's embarrasing, whence i did post my yesterdays socalled "funny".
Strangely it makes me smile when i reread it, so that it is why i wrote it, to be able to smile. It suffices for me.
I also have a long long long to-do list. Topics in the uncensored sphere i want to touch... are many. I still have to explain the public how it can be the US finds chemicals in a NY UN building (cbp anyone) the day after i publish about their defoliaging campaigns and quoot (the now late) Blix .

Why would an insignificant person like me, with no more special traits then anyone else, someone who never has an abrevation noone else knows,someone essentially only contributing new words , sciences and technologys, laying out only concepts of internationalism, mutualism and intrinsica that are now the only handheld to steer the planet (for good or for bad) be sufficiently relevant to make a headline against??
I have no clue. Freedom of expression would leave me in lonely and dull comparison only. That is one thing i just got to explain at some point, but as you can see it does not make sense to me.

I should post about how irak will climb up 15 years after now, when there will never be any chance for them to make a development jump again, with evrything destroyed that saddam left, and no more oil. I should post on african unity (one great good thing) and i should suggest someone finds out what necessitated the much larger tutu genocide after they got a beating. (anyone knows why that is acceptable may tell me).
Should i focus on the poor blokes, our multinational shapegoats that are led to chanceless processes in the hague?? Or merely about the fascistoidisation of our society in all its minor aspects. The dull confection dressed grey masses in the trains that haughtily bestare you, because you are obviously no direct servant of the rich , like them.
Should i talk about how people 20 years old are more discriminating, more superficial, and more egoist then in the time i was 20??

It's embarrasing, whence i did post my yesterdays socalled "funny".
Strangely it makes me smile when i reread it, so that it is why i wrote it, to be able to smile. It suffices for me.
