(drugs)

thinking over what next fears moves this world most, heh besides exconomical catastrophe.
i thought perhaps it is once again time to say something about drugs.

drugs are taboo-ish, certainly when you consider them in a worldwide perspective, as opposed to western or dutch, or perhaps in many cases even upper class.

the common, oh i had to hear i was so oldfashioned over this, idea about taboo's that hamper people's happiness (wich is for eg. a sick usually a drug) , is that by confronting them you can improve something,

i feel dumb for telling but to give an example, by breaking taboo's around sexuality anti conception and condoms became available. or because we broke the taboo about racism we can now despair how to educate the generations of dropouts we continually create by sticking to old habits, and actually greed. (roughly disguised as fear, how will i survive if i share things, what will be left for me if others have a right on an equal share?) or how can we make a profit of these people also need to be decently payed (haiti).

these things have been surrounded by taboos and still are so, no matter how eagerly plenty of us deny without much introspection.

for a taboo to turn into something usefull, unrestrictive, unlimiting, it needs to be contradicted, and since a simple contradiction never sticks as well as the subconscious elements of a taboo it needs to be broken down into the tiny pieces of fear it consists of.

a fearsome job that can keep you bussy many lives long, but that has it's charmes.
fortunately usually we arrive at our ideas within the constraints of one single life,
so it may be explained that i, encountering yet one more transcedental fear clouded with taboo's kept an eye.

today i watched this gaza documentary, heroic tunneling , to undeep to be really safe for airstrikes. well these guys had nothing to worry because they worked for the israeli's and took their pills themselves. the story they told, i should perhaps say the hamas police told, but it appeared somewhat supported in the client state's circuit, was that israel and sometimes egypt took care plenty of drugs arrived in gaza.

now that is not a new story, if i am not mistaken the whole english tradition of mixing in pig bone meal with the flower is based on that same uh.. jewish, idea, if you are so mad you think you'r belief destroys you when you get in touch with a pig, ok be destroyed and your wicked belief with it. not that it didn't happen to us...

so that's a completely innocent thing. however when it's about drugs, suddenly people will be so scared uhm how do you express such things in a neat way, that it comes running down their pants. doesn't even matter if they are 10 kilometer away or 1000,

just hiss drugs loudly and everyone will be scared and stop making sense. so i think that is why the police says that, they want to make a point: israel is bad, and they do that by saying drugs.. drugs .. drugs.. in people's ears.

israel probably does the same. makes perfect sense when palestineans are the poorer group in israel like in gaza.

wich brings me back on topic, and i don't want that, because tkere is another common drugs story going round that if you are more intimate with reality is even more utterly and completely outrageous,
(heh because israel has an interest to show that every normal humans tend to use and abuse "drugs" medicin's or some kind of kicks.)

after all israel has some of the better koffeeshops of the whole middle east within these walls.
(not counting refugee tribes in the kaukasus that accidently haven't been attacked by an army the past 5 years, well that is not the middle east really kaukasus riot? kurdistan.)

neway, wether the kurds would be better of with an israeli partnership in that trade remains to be proven. wich is mostly a joke about some common kurdophobe sentiments commonly met.

like i said, the other silly story is that usia went to afghanistan for the opium. what? i think that story is a cia invention to begin with. they discovered the only common sense that people could make out of afghanistan was to finally get rid of absurdly high heroin prices that destabilised our economy quite as much as our personal lives.

so they smugly thought: we will make a gossip that we did it for that, and everyone will love us.
but it is to much honour. there is no reason to only complain about the past 3-4 years narcotics policy's of usia much, allthough they seemed rather a random measure of out of the blue accusations and repressions, i take it for granted that the beneficial effect of having the drugs at an affordable price not only cured much of the patients, but also a lot of the problems they represented in their society.

since it is an urbanised consumptionist society like mine, i can easily enfigure what a benefactor that was.
meanwhile however they supported an impressive heap of repressive regimes and programs, it is a bit of the pigbone story again i suppose. ok don't do it like us, you will find in time you were bothered about nothing.

plus that they still depend a lot of the fear that they can summon with it. i have even seen obama whispering 'drugs' just to get the attention , well in his case because he needed scared people to trust him, i didn't say noone could have their reasons.

it's an overly sunny picture, but that is about drugs, the pictures are either utterly depressing or a bit on the sunny side perhaps.

there is a whole lot of interesting things in afghanistan, and one of them is opium, but how practical that was usia really only found out after a lot of pressure and occupying afghanistan.

after getting an easy acces to a huge supply of crude opium they just noticed that wasn't exactly the most expensive way to get to it, just like we (europe).

what i wonder is where will it grow next, if this experiments bites in its tail, and the panic is needed to achieve something else for wich then the opium production gets even more embarrassingly terrorised. that is a question i would rather not have to ask.

so i hope we will find a social cure and make a constructive start without 'demonising' the mirror that shows us the problem much longer.

after all, i have seen way more harmfull results way quicker from chemical medicines, that i would wish upon none.

gaza is having a severe problem with an opiate. not so hard to grasp it is exactly an opiate that is available also through the legal circuit, and not so farfetched it is suspect.

however the hamas police is awfull as can be. they are really the kind of demonic, harsh and violent institution israel feels represents their islamic enemy's best, no matter that they probably have been completely right in securing the streets.
so the fear that is part of the taboo on drugs is still a usefull tool in to many hands then to hope to rid it with this small update.

The long march

If i don't write here i will clog alJazeera with comments. Not that i would be unique in doing that, some people severely exploit the option to be heard by posting repeatedly, even to the extend they apparently feature a bad memory even for their own words.

Aljazeera discussions are fascinating for their topic choices, then.. madagaskar is not one..
One could ask why, but for me it's obvious, african leaders fear the solidity of their pluche seats diminish, and actually so do nato leaders. How childish, all these people knowing hardly anything of madagaskar holding up advances for fear of their own positions.

k, on with the good news. The UN finally found wisdom on drugs by looking at the statistics instead the pope's, establishments and the mullah's.

It means there is some hope for at least those destutes in our society for a life with some human quality. This is in the long run very promising, because it remains an option that society's will find out you need to work at the causes.

The causes are social, and the drugs item is not the only case where prejudice long overruled righteousness. So emancipation of drugs might just mean emancipation of the precarious, emancipation of crime even.

Altho the 'penal systems' are still in need of major make-overs, it could be a start.
Since complete regulation will be impossible we probably head to a situation where drugs related crime becomes comparative to youth related crime. In the end, if you bore people to death they will do wicked things , and if you don't allow them to party they still will.

Myself i am not so convinced of crime. Money is a resource, if one judges crimes for money, the bigger money the bigger crime. The reality is quite the opposite, the smaller the money involved in the crime, the relatively higher the punishments.

rich people, (look at eg. the one who attempted to kill ronald reagan) come off easily. Fraud that counts into the millions is considered a gentlemans right, yet poor people are locked up for years over a few 1000's.

The control on poor people's finances is very close to 100%, you can't just emigrate and put the loot of a bankrobbing on a foreign account if you are poor, but you can if you are rich, so the solution is plain. Control the rich as well.

unfortunately the tools of control are in the hands of the rich, so it never materialised and will probably never happen. Shimmery constructs called 'legal formulas' will remain in place to protect the establishment if the people don't act up.

Month of the 9th

This post is not anymore up to date.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my patient, well informed and friendly lawyer got a flue, the procedure is postponed for an unknown period, presumably months.
I suppose i could spend some time on working on the arbitrage proposal in between,
when i wrote this piece yesterday, i thought i should have been more stipulative and exact, less just giving the vague idea..

There's an impressive pile of bumps and notches on the plan, and it is essential it stays completely transparant in its fundamental(s). Otoh. it's about a plan for people who's lives are yet hurt disproportionate, certainly not a reason to trust sociological projections, and as such completely independend.

last year 9-september my house was robbed and broken into by the cops. the 9th there will be a procedure where i will refuse to admit to such unpolitical, oddly founded, ill interpreted, badly abused, intend of the dutch state (and a relatively big part of its government) to satisfy the need of their populace for a more tolerant and decriminalising, instead of criminalising, aproach on drugs specifically and the shortcomings and related downfall of legal quality in general.

Elas, tseems even my inbox, isn't safe i cant give u the due time and place just yet.
Unfortunately really working at the case made me feel severely ill, i actually had rather a bad week after i tried even once. That combined with the absolute certainty about the accesibillity of all my digital produce and communications make i hardly want to write anything about this case on the computer as i fear the procedure may be more psychologically ready to nullify my very reasonable arguments.

I don't exactly expect cooperation, and i have no idea in what set up i have landed precisely. It's hardly plausible that a hammering kind of do the right cases in the wrong kind of way person, would be so open to critics on the validity of her actual functioning. Let alone that it would actually initiate the compensation of what they done wrong. My doubts over it are severe at the least.

That's why i plan to state very explicitly that every piece of the procedings against my person is invalid and that it is not acceptable that such a heap of rubbish and perhaps some gossip would suffice to standardly punish and verdict someone. Let alone in a construct that is either suit for judging parking cases, or otherways abused for so much more things then i might imagine, only the thought of it would be to much to cope to be locked in such a fake trial.. standardly.

Anyhow once bfore i threatened i would drop 10 percent of the dutch national income in a year if they would not reward me somewhat proportionally, wich didnt happen.
Accept that the BNP did happen. And i think.. a court would have registered a thing like that. I very much wonder if they understand i am worth more then 11 million still.

oh yes on now with the real event for that day.
So apart from that bragging smells i don't find it easy to come up with all the thousands of right examples where the law got abused to impose a conservative legislature after in this case even a progressive intend, and that court and justice is dependend. Namely dependend with the conservatism.

Well ofcourse such a thing wouldn't only show in a minor case, for a minor court,
nevertheless the nr of victims easiliest shows in these minor cases. It has actually hit 10000s perhaps even 100000s of the poorest and underpriviliged dutch.

And i am talking about this exact single law that is now being jeered on me.
Such injustice be it that it sometimes happens in matters that would hardly make an international scene, is hard to bear, and the most loathsome to fight. It's called: institutionalisation if you work that the wrong way, you will ever fight the same lost post with less result. That is the reasonm o took this rather great and large topic. Homegorwn marihuana. When my mind is already for a long time on just screwing them over one of their attrocious attacks of justice or their absolute attitudes
in implementing the most idiocrous jurisdiction that doesn't stand the light of a not exactly specialised person , and basically doesn;t do that in any respect or aspect. This is a good case, whatever i win i win for thousands of people, and i decided to put the most absurd claims i dared to show that they should care, and for having to voice my general opinion that ridiculous claims are to often rewarded in a ridiculous (and political , even military context.

Its a kind of paradox for them, that they are better of if they pay me a lot for negating this blatant piece of obstructive conservatist jurisprudence back to a workable prepostion. The actual claims are: 11 million for me, and 1.5 billion to be put in a fund to promote the trade and use of drugs.

Basically the fund is meant as a start to give people more rights for healthservice adequate representation for the law etc. etc. even if they are in conflict with the law. Wich is why the scope is so limited. within the amount there is some space to
organise a paralel to legal structure, but initially the only outside task i want to put to the organisation specifically is to register and file the endless possible direct conflicts of law and justice and open up a route for any well founded anti-legal claims, to be immediatly aprehended by a large and in as far as could be made possible international context. Wich might perhaps give us an solution to the dillema of juriprudence in legislature.
However such a kind of advocatury (lawyer) standard is way to much to task an organisation with that has the task to set right the wrong done, compensate the poorest of ones so strucken, index the actual effects it had, and come with better and more workable justice and anti-crime strategy's then before.

It will be a long time with a lot of work, wich it from the perspective of a lawyer would be anyway. Obviously such a structure with this funding would have a limited possibillity to temper drugstrade and crime. For example by finding a better definition to solve the 'aching to racism, ala wilders' inequal distribution of prisoners among colours.

Anyway such an organisation could only function if it has the very conscious intend to double legislature. Thats why we might as well start with a straightforward aproach. The better aproach to drugs is a positive one, and organisation that would want to promote that and the trades of such aproaches is better of with a name that says it all. A revolutionairy name to be reminded of her criminal intend to do right.
Even if the "rights" would stop to do wrong.

friendship

People asked me to write on two subjects, first i thought: No i won't. Since both are sensitive, and practically complicated subjects, but i agree people can get many things done so here are a few. (3 subjects)

One thing that i wasn't asked to write about: (lowland-)gorillas, and what they mean to africa (kongo, zimbabwe, rwanda) and the darfur region, and how we must understand the diplomacy going off there, however, is occupying me a lot. That is because the need to stop the threat off a regional conflict. It's all a matter of oil and who controls it. Humanitarian and information problems obscure much of the view of what is really going on. Since it is about oil, people should hurry to computerise these society's they perceive as undemocratic. This is a great wish, it seems less people in conflict areas have a computer then a few years ago. Because it is such a huge problem i would like to see opinions and experiences of people on the Inet to judge from.
The idea that ethiopia would invade sudan under a UN flag is unnerving. They sure have better feats, bigger needs to fill. However you can't blame ethiopia only, they have obviously been offered the money to maintain their army in the preparations of a UN-(au) attack.
Since this verges on the cannonmeat subject i disagree.

On with the real subject, meat. The whole meatindustry can be put in a very bad light.
This from two points of view, the animal, and the workers.
For the animals it is horrible, the list of wishes to improve their situation is long. It is such that we really need to make a dramastic measure to change it. A measure that means we will need to eat less meat (im a vegetarian that eats fish myself) . And that we will put our meatconsumption at a lower level still. Many people in netherlands are vegetarian, and by far more limit their meatconsumption, a majority.

The measures that need implementation are basically very well researched by the green and the new pvdd (animal party). Almost all children participating in nature activitys , have voted demonstratively pvdd in a mock election. So we have their consents, and it's the adult being childish:).
I don't know the precise proposals, since i have been occupied with foreign elections and
international affairs in the running up. A few examples though.. the cutting of live pigs-tails,
the massing of 300000 chickens in batterys. Both the examples are part of horrible situations for animals. The idea is to put legal measures to the treatment of animals, leaving the sector to solve its problems. I think this is ok, the main reason for the abuse is the good cash it makes,
therefore if the producers need to change policys by legal pressure they will.

A not very temporary drop in availability and rise of prices is certain. There is no way to have really cheap meat and a friendly treatment of animals at once. However biological meat prices are only the double of decent quality meat prices. So although there will be less meat, there can still be lots. The situation after a month or 3 would be most people would buy meat again.
Costly, but of a better and saner quality, ofcourse we can arrange for some compensation to the lower incomes, when the meat production goes up again, personally i find computers for family's with schoolgoing children of bigger importance.

The next dear point is the butchering. Butchering has never been a nice job, and in netherlands for many years has been done by butchers that often even lived in confined areas.
All workers deriving from the working or 'lower' classes. Although it has a significant impact on these peoples personalitys and views; they cope by selfhypnosis, telling themselves: animals don't notice, animals don't feel, and generally no irregularitys ever occur.

When you get to know them personally they will sometimes give perfect examples of how animals do feel. Animals begging for their lives. Well it is horrible. I thought we improved over the past few years, i was terribly optimistic. Instead of focussing to improve the conditions for animals they foccused on.....
getting young and innocent people to do the job. Young people without an income have been forced to slaughter animals under 20 years and older methods.
Since some of them ran away before the selfhypnosis set in , i know now every pig notices what happens, and it is a horrible thing that does.
So besides inhumane production there is a enormous problem of inhumane slaughter. A thing far from the eye of the public because we are not shown. Because special communitys exist for it. And because the meat industry has a big interest to hide it.
Thus by stopping the production of animals through inhumane methods,we can hopefully also improve on the slaughter procedures at the same time.

(3rd subject)
The other point is even more impopular, because it is about drugs. I have radical views on natural drugs, natural drugs don't cause cancer, and don't invoke chemical polution, they hardly have unwanted sideeffects. Only they are addictive. A thing that goes for chemical drugs as well.

Many natural drugs are a cultural (agricultural) aspect of the regions they are grown.
Opium eg. has been used by old and sick for centurys,(in the whole of eurasiafrioceania) with the added advantage humans got physiologically adapted to using them to some extend. In the regions where they are grown they tend to be a smaller problem then in the industrial areas where they sell best.

Whenever you check on psychologial matters, it appears 10% percent of people are such, (say adhd), 10% are so, say nervous, another 10% are so that they don't sleep well in the night, and yet another 10% suffer from traumas, etc.etc. Long sentence short, many people need or are better off with drugs. Many of them do get drugs prescribed. Being legally addicted to some chemical or (even forced) an outrageously mindmutilating other one.

Meanwhile, the system made us grow the grass at home under lamps.(1) It makes me angry.
Cannabis is an excellent agricultural product, that can help create a healthy soil, humans are very well adapted to the herb, since it is the first we domesticated. The seeds can be used in foodprocessing, and are very healthy and even protein rich, the leftovers can be used to make anything between spaceshuttles and children's toys, although it excells at paper and other fibric materials. The list of other uses is sheer endless because of the nr of fans that researched into it.

So the production should be focussed in warm sunny countrys . 'Coincedentually', these country's are generally poor countrys. The main reason why they are not allowed to export it in an economical way. Similarly long storys can be told about poppys and cocaine.
The actual use of drugs is so common, one thinks the actual reason the US went to afghanistan is to have a bigger say in the market on opiates. Very nice, if the farmers want to be payed
you can shoot them. Analogues to the bombing of huge areas in south america. It doesn't matter what happens to the people as long as the prices go up.

Well every legally allowed 'substance' coffee, tea, chocolate, alcohol, has been a major contributor to worldeconomy (for good or bad) . And a provider of customers of healthcare. This won't completely reverse. (at once) Definetly liberalising the drugs trade will raise the nr of users in short and middle terms. However in a free economy one could measure this to the damages done by prohibition. So measured we function at a big loss.

With good research and coaching many people could be healed using natural drugs mostly.
Minimising the damage to their system. Many people might start using a drug at some point of their lives, and never give up again. Although ... many of these people would use ugly chemicals, and have a mutilated and humiliating life after. Also if you don't trust your people to learn and experiment, they will be naive and fall into traps most of us, regular users, easily circumvent.

Basically we will have to see what happens if we let the thing loose and start regulating affairs domestically. Ofcourse we will do good for quitte a few poor economys, think south america afghanistan . marocco, cambodja. Economys that need income. Waging war against them will only make more certain of their right to grow a profitable and relatively harmless crop.

Since no valid reasons remain not to emancipate natural drugs, something else must stick behind. The maffia? well the maffia invaded afghanistan and bombed south america... how do you like it? I think it makes no sense. Legalisation will only halt the maffias influence and minimese their cashflow. Perhaps it is the fear we work less? when we have more pleasurable substances? That is a matter of mentality too. And by now we start to realise work is not so important. Because you don't need to produce more then is needed. scientific research? another such excellent excuse? So we are lab rats! ? They killed 2 billion people to have better experimentation with chemical medicins?
