pooh, i owe you one, didnt yet really get to , well, there was this nice show on tv. had a decent week besides.
what can i say, it's a steady habit and a hatefull one at it of institutions to release an utmost of administrive restrict on me, for as long as i can remember in fact. well.. perhaps not quite true,
i was on the oddlist of selfshaped personality's on some secondairy school. that was a one thing that made life easier for me then the usual. just for the idea the rest was supposed to be repressed (aka terrorised, intimidated) back into a sheeplike mode of obedience.
these days schools feature abuse (currently in striking denial) and fine you if you or your kid decide it is not the best idea,
for some reason it coincides with, a certain psychiatrisation of the youth, reknownedly as where it first so suited pharmaceutically, just for the idea.
pull on the line that the supposedly guiding nation or perhaps more complementary testing case netherland in fact has the wickiest set of regulations to put individuals under authority of plenty institutions and drawing the line back you might notice something is the matter.
a few things perhaps. however that is not the story.
the story is i am contrary to the slight scraps of apparently formal nonsense i seen, not only stolen from regularly, pretty much every month in the very least, directly, through the electronic bankaccount evryone needs, (sometimes i even think it weird i would have then never received anything there besides, but that has been some time),
no its not all, they tooks the extras so much as everyone else apparently gets, the holliday money,(when the fine was payed allready) allthough 'the (i havent the faintest what for) fine, that 'has been anounced'(but not in the measure carboncopy's or whatever of that exist, i actually never seen anything,
and take it
it just went the same way as when i got my temporary railcard taken (a proof of payment) and never received a new one after payment to follow with more of the same robbery from the railways through again, denying the duration of the word year. (this time after much effort,
taking of 3 months with no reason whatsover the next year).
lol i used to make efforts for small savings, never the fuck understanding why it wouldn't untill i started calculating and remembered so many other of similar experiences. that i rather not remembered it, had i been stupid.
well long story short they don't only do that with payments, fines, income, extra's, saving, returnpayments, bills, apparently any significant acount of money that would come my way, no,
they do that with institutions and services for society as a whole starting with my person,
the first time when i first needed to take care for food for myself, for a whole year.
to my knowledge it had never been denied, and was not yet even legal to apply.
that was a year or so.
i only ate apples. i hate apples, except some tropical ones, and in juicemixes.
i didnt only eat apples, but mostly i ate apples, weeks on end, a whole winter.
well. and so it has ever been when i got into a house , or way of living, whatever, basically when i needed stuf like food. warmth, perhaps not in the least travel costs,
i didnt feel useless or so, or that any of these denying and stealing from evryone and me, (but me first if they saw the chance, and it seems to get me hated) ever did anything remotely as usefull,
so i protested, i even went to court, and lost that. why? as i am often told to have to understand it, for "i have no lawyer".
well if, i would the nitpicky tidstads from lawyers to win a proces about something obviously covered in the most repressive of constitutions, equality, i would need a lawyer, if something that is so obviously clear to me, and that i fortunately showed before a judge earlier, that i have been the individual target time and again of plenty such agression and hate of the rich,
(i think i can improvise at least ten examples without even making notes).
then, i dont need a judge.
than everyone should get a lawyer by law that loves to lick the specific kind of judges ass or whatever it takes, and they should never again bother anyone with any appeal or chance of proces.
nobody would believe that would work, so you can see the argument a judge would need a lawyer to understand a victim, "pukably 'client'". basically you can kiss my ass with your courts.
ya know if i was trying to frame an insurance or so. ok i might get that, but to judge real certain facts for real certain facts, their own fucking documents?

SP and why PVDA
with mubarak gone i have some peace of mind, not that it would last long, i pretty much hope that the world will keep a focus on all the states that change regimes and even to develop strategy's to support changes. in egypt what i think is important is fair ( and that is a very very most doubtfull thing in even many western nations , so...) and indeed well prepared elections.
quick elections is also support, yet it is of the greatest importance the process of political diversity (that might be a better guarantee for creativity and tolerance..) takes of at great speed. the former state television might serve as a progressive , and unbiased platform, but that would need a takeover. hard to say who to delegate that or even who might have a independent contribution professionally. alJazeera springs to mind, but actually, keeping in mind even that is moderated progressivity, sometimes for good sometimes for bad, you might as well slip for example english and french broadcasters into the mix of a reality marathon of dreams and conceptions.
if a thoughtfull and challenging debate can get into the open, and the inspiration of the youth that has allways been the inspiration of revolution and progress taken seriously, why not would a wonderfull people like the egyptians, and a basically rather decent and thoughtprovoking religion like islam be enough for one of those great steps on the republican track, that is much better conceived as a grassroots democracy of by now also by wire connected participants.
progress is only tolerance. new ideas have not allways been fought violently and bitter, but they have allways been the only source for progress. i hope people can think themselves of that new circumstances, (and perhaps new 'challenges') bring about new ideas.
so why SP?
the dutch elections system exist of 4 parts atm.
from my pov. the national ones are the most important, because i am very often occupied with trying international and civil laws.
someone said i already threw away this regional elections one, however immediatly finding an excuse. personally i would agree with a boycot of the elections, however it usually only serves them well. we have piles of unelected representation, so for the authority to say we did short at our obligation to vote, we still dont get empty seats, and without it it could only be even worse, sometimes people tell each other what they voted (abouts 95% of time SP or groen links(green) for me). so you get a sort of reference.
so no matter thats it is bullshit and legitimising for looks at least the hidden layers of elitist and nepotist decission making, i will try to explain why i bother with singling out one or two partys for a voting advise.
Basically the new green party (groen links) forerunner managed to say it all in one line. "U is chiquer".
right, that great inheretance, of marxism and pacifism now is "chiquer".
well, best i think that is amateuristic. But it is true they are a bunch of inconsequential liberals, and awkward at it, they hate it so much when i am critical i might expect political represailles for being against them here. liberals, and amateurs, the profs know how not to intimidate me.
that they never eached out to the plenty people supporting them has only one reason, nearly everyone in that parliament is bought. for sale, proprietary class and "academically" biased.
theres a heap of unelected ones behind the screens anyway, and i am sorry that i can't be enthusiast for the "waterschappen", to me it seems just another layer of cliquejobs, more probably in the way then aiding progress, and as things went the past years, probably armed by a own police authority to boot. might well be the final piece in a puzzel of demobilising the 90% of people that have nearly nothing.
so.. i feel sorry for not being happy with it, for some people (my mum basically) does think it can be a contribution to democracy, but i propose we first make the existing systems democratic,
quite a job, and nice material for a revolution.
basically beside a religious vote i had all the choices except for the upper class. the religious vote is an upperclass one, but people that are religious belief something different, they belief it doesn't matter as long as you belief. in fact i wonder if i would declare exactly such votes void;)
there is also the party for animals. i propose that next town elections we all vote that in zutphen,
that way we have a test.
i think it wont deliver much, even if we 80 or so & vote them, certainly not outside townlevel.
there is a simple clue of power to censoring the animal party from the results, and my fellow animalfriends, i am quite sure a few more seats in a rising trend is your actual part...
but just like the green, when it goes somewhere there is not the oversight to claim it in such results, and perhaps not the wish. (what do you think a seat pays on a swiss bank account, its not nothing).
the socialists are better at that and more professional, other partys are hardly worth mentioning. anarchism or communists that i bet never got their seats either, are not there, the rightwing is a fake, and the extreme right is not only a fake, but also exactly the kind of vote that you could actually marginalise as contrary to human rights. psychopaths may vote, buta psychopath policy is illegal. void.
so, SP has the best slogan: PROTEST.
yet the PVDA has more chance to get some actual seats. SP is somewhat less professional in the murky world of politics, and PVDA is indeed already compromised to a greater extent.
often very conservative, and btw i think has been a great partner in international politics.
i very much appreciate the many good sides of the dutch labour movement and politics,
and i will probably vote PVDA altho i campaign for SP.
because i see no credibility in the dutch political system. SP will also be defrauded from their votes to see them dumped on nazitrends "those are also protest votes" or a similar weak joke for argument.
there is really no other option, altho i'd want the SP to grow, but to vote PVDA, and be defrauded as such.
in dutch electoral politics the people lost. it's fake, fraude and complicit, (even the sp perhaps).
this nation needs a revolution so that we can have a real democracy. after that progress will slowly show that anarchism delivers the most productive ideas, but for it to come true doing away with the fake democracy would be a great start.

civil (roof) rights
The past few days i spend defending the squat "fort pannerden, excuse the keyboard.
Its a perfect action because its focus , housing rights, civil rights, and the effectuation of the protest method of non violence. It\ s a squat with a long history but i will try to describe the basic situation:
Some years ago the fort was occupied after some 120 years of neglect and vague transactions.
It appears the township, that hired a specialist at influencing populaces , mostly through connections and
lies, is terribly influenced by decisions and ideas made elsewhere, the usual village/people here don't have a real grasp on the situation, nor politically, neither finacially or for matters of interests and circles of decision.
Since both the place and the event are very significant even the squaters don\t always understand exactly how many people *and how high up in the capitalist circle, they find opposing them, (or perhaps trying to negotiate, if so through the force of the action).
We did some improvements on the fortifcation with a secret future legal purpose, etc. In short we are defending against teh ongoing attacks on our civil rights. The countless sneaky laws and amendments trying to turn us into
narcotised, or psychiatrised or enslaved people. However squaters find their occupation more often in music media and action.
So what did we meet?? It appears teh former owners of teh area , farmers, got ripped of their fertile soil 30 mr deep. the profit going into the vague channels around \ staatsbosbeheer\ stateforest department. .
An officially nature promoting society , that in fact is a moneydrain, and a an ofpromotion place, where indeed several former dutch way up politician (with awkward responsabilitys) are in charge... the current boss, owns, all beerfactorys in netherlands, and is the manager or commisary of countless institutions, and corporations.
Apparently he managed to get terribly rich.
One of his companys got the contract to take the farmers soil, (dumping some of the hole with toxics),
not surprisingly with even more involvment. The next on the list is known for destroying the egalatarian schooling system in netherlands. Mostly withholding the poorer from higher education, and tehse guys, off promoted to a position where they can rob and plunder the dutch uncontrolled and freely, (liberals) ,, Their involvement is also in dutch propaganda campaigns, and media manipulation an a lobby with the army. These unfresh guys, are what we really deal with.
Some negotiations are udnerway, and perhaps a nice soluation is found, to maintain the fort, and improve it.
However, perhaps it is better to just continue the struggle, and show the dutch populace, and find out where all the money goes, and who else have to do with that. Personally for me litttle news will arive, i have known for a long time what structures decide in europe.Otoh facts of this area (people want us to liberate them)
may put new details of the frauds on the table.

Elections day and elections manipulations.
Today is the dutch election day, it's not a big thing, because it is
not a transparant election, but it is all we got. And with hearing the propaganda of 'democracy' every day, people are more mused then appears realist.
Reality is i have to write and copy my blog-entrys before posting them, wasting triple the time they need. Because texts may change while i use the blog. Or a forum, or anything else that leads to public expression. Like even my pc.(it is also hindering my reading into new subjects)
The last few days i have tried (despite being censored) to be engaged with the dutch. The result was great. Another result was that the reaction , by mangling my texts, targeted my writings and freedom of expression for the gazillionth time.
This is not an atmosphere of fair elections.
That is why i call with the courage of despair, to act up against the kapitalist bloodsucker pigs.
Act up against the destruction of the planetary rights for uncensored expression , our rights. Stand up for the right to life on other continents and the right to have an healthy environment and ecology.
These are things, the wrongwingers (called rightwingers to long now) do try to destroy. Like if they try to destroy the posibility of a future for humans on this planet.

So let's vote SP,( vote the green, vote socialist,) just like we have been saying we would.Lets hope even the ones that get jobs from politics, will take the signal to rethink the true meaning of freedom.
If we never give up, one day there wil be equal rights and justice.

poisonmurders ahead of the election what sticks behind?
As by now many of you, and knowing how the global mass media (i don't listen to radio or watch television, for that reason) act in such a case, all of you know,
with the polls soaring to an alltime leftwing high in the netherlands, suddenly
a supposed enemy of putin is poisoned.
Now that would not be the greatest surprise , since yesterday they killed trotski,
but.... why would putin do this, two days ahead of having a possible ally win the dutch elections???
Well there are reasons. The first is , unlike hamas the dutch have no real control over the results of the elections. And considering the massive show of solidarity the dutch put up the last few days (since i got over my frustration for being censored in the election time and started leaving comments here and there and everywhere) we actually are a nice people...
Indeed our good intends, and our social aspirations have been frauded away from us already for 150 years. And definetly more so since the 'voting computers' obscured all view on the real results.
We actually almost (..) got used to it and started believing we are a bunch of sillys. Morons, that with a minimum income would vote only on bankdirectors and huge stockholders. Such is not.. whatever the results will be..
is not, what the dutch have been, not how they have been, and not what they have said today or yesterday.
The statistically predictable result is an outrageous victory for a party named SP. Socialist party, pretty much the only party here that kept up with affairs.
And clung to defending the rights of the labourers and poor.
However as with votingcomputers goes, i am prepared for yet another cheat,
knowing that even within total victory they would still try and cheat us.
That is what democracy has been around here, the only good from the situation is that the more polls show the unity and solidarity the relatively harder it wil be for them(the class in the rule (of the voting-machines, and our money)) to bias the polls, and to falsify the results. So we will make some gains at least.
Mh, show the optimist me, wonder if they dare bite here, hope not, my blog a be shortlived becus of it.
Now i will finish the story of the poisoning of Litvinenko....
look at this comment today of a 'friend' of his:

Was??? Did you notice he is still alive goldfarb....?? Perhaps a freudian slip?
Being generous like i am.. let me explain a few strange details.
Litvinenko was really busy on the anna politskaya case. (as soon as i know who did that i will definetly report). Or so they say.
So since Putin wouldn't choose this utterly unstrategic moment to kill him,
who is behind? Note that the nr. of murders abroad by kgb, since Trotski appears smaller then the nr of digits on one hand. (uh abroad as outside the former union, i have no intend to lie (compare the nr of death by clusterbomb in irak if you need (one of many) recent justification(s) )).
My explanation: Anna was killed , because the chetzen cause she was fighting for had lost that momentum she still clung to (it's only theory).
In the new cold-war, the propaganda war against a new enemy, defending chetzeny may have not seemed so overly usefull by Litvinnenko's sought allies.

Okay.. now that is cleared up, i will comment on the chetzen situation.
I am to blame. I promised putin to take that blame, and this is the second and last time i do. (hi;) This is how it happened:
After Russia gave freedom to all these countrys, and stabilised the nucleair arms race, i couldn't accept the exploit of her weakness, by stressing the existence of an isolated and very anti soviet, anti russian armed enclave within her borders. So i ordered (organised) the (fukkin) west to leave it alone, encouraging Putin.
I even made some effort as to direct the russians how to get done with the thing, as they didn't get it done in 2 years.
(wonder if they really noticed that part)
Since the bloodshed and escalation needed to be halted. (for example for fear of nuclair pollution, and internal security in russia, and since i hated to see young socialists die.)
Perhaps i was wrong, but a completely destabilised russia seemed much more dangerous to me. The ease with wich enemys are found by the west and her populace, made me fear we would drive it into a huge war, by letting loose our conditioned anti-kommunist hate.
I also think islam minoritys have a plight, to cooperate and tolerate other filosofy's (and their owns), i found the chetzen action most opportunistic, and didn't harbour much sympathy for the strategy or trust in the leaders. I am a bit sorry. But perhaps i shouldn't.
There are a few more awfull confessions ahead. But why eat all the cake at once.
So, why did Anna die? Personally, i tend to the opinion it was to blame Putin by 'helping' him. The chetzen case being nowhere near the precedent the west was looking for to maintain the occupation of irak and the hold on her oilresources.
I didn't use to think that.. before i blamed Putin, only today it changed.
Somehow i should have known better anyhow. Political murders inside Russia have more recently been targetting capitalist pigs, fat money bags that wanted to institute the reign of pro-usa corruption.

(this is a rather inaccurate post. The atmosphere in netherlands has been good untill one and a half month ago, and much cleared up again the last few days).
with the polls soaring to an alltime leftwing high in the netherlands, suddenly
a supposed enemy of putin is poisoned.
Now that would not be the greatest surprise , since yesterday they killed trotski,
but.... why would putin do this, two days ahead of having a possible ally win the dutch elections???
Well there are reasons. The first is , unlike hamas the dutch have no real control over the results of the elections. And considering the massive show of solidarity the dutch put up the last few days (since i got over my frustration for being censored in the election time and started leaving comments here and there and everywhere) we actually are a nice people...
Indeed our good intends, and our social aspirations have been frauded away from us already for 150 years. And definetly more so since the 'voting computers' obscured all view on the real results.
We actually almost (..) got used to it and started believing we are a bunch of sillys. Morons, that with a minimum income would vote only on bankdirectors and huge stockholders. Such is not.. whatever the results will be..
is not, what the dutch have been, not how they have been, and not what they have said today or yesterday.
The statistically predictable result is an outrageous victory for a party named SP. Socialist party, pretty much the only party here that kept up with affairs.
And clung to defending the rights of the labourers and poor.
However as with votingcomputers goes, i am prepared for yet another cheat,
knowing that even within total victory they would still try and cheat us.
That is what democracy has been around here, the only good from the situation is that the more polls show the unity and solidarity the relatively harder it wil be for them(the class in the rule (of the voting-machines, and our money)) to bias the polls, and to falsify the results. So we will make some gains at least.
Mh, show the optimist me, wonder if they dare bite here, hope not, my blog a be shortlived becus of it.
Now i will finish the story of the poisoning of Litvinenko....
look at this comment today of a 'friend' of his:

Was??? Did you notice he is still alive goldfarb....?? Perhaps a freudian slip?
Being generous like i am.. let me explain a few strange details.
Litvinenko was really busy on the anna politskaya case. (as soon as i know who did that i will definetly report). Or so they say.
So since Putin wouldn't choose this utterly unstrategic moment to kill him,
who is behind? Note that the nr. of murders abroad by kgb, since Trotski appears smaller then the nr of digits on one hand. (uh abroad as outside the former union, i have no intend to lie (compare the nr of death by clusterbomb in irak if you need (one of many) recent justification(s) )).
My explanation: Anna was killed , because the chetzen cause she was fighting for had lost that momentum she still clung to (it's only theory).
In the new cold-war, the propaganda war against a new enemy, defending chetzeny may have not seemed so overly usefull by Litvinnenko's sought allies.

Okay.. now that is cleared up, i will comment on the chetzen situation.
I am to blame. I promised putin to take that blame, and this is the second and last time i do. (hi;) This is how it happened:
After Russia gave freedom to all these countrys, and stabilised the nucleair arms race, i couldn't accept the exploit of her weakness, by stressing the existence of an isolated and very anti soviet, anti russian armed enclave within her borders. So i ordered (organised) the (fukkin) west to leave it alone, encouraging Putin.
I even made some effort as to direct the russians how to get done with the thing, as they didn't get it done in 2 years.
(wonder if they really noticed that part)
Since the bloodshed and escalation needed to be halted. (for example for fear of nuclair pollution, and internal security in russia, and since i hated to see young socialists die.)
Perhaps i was wrong, but a completely destabilised russia seemed much more dangerous to me. The ease with wich enemys are found by the west and her populace, made me fear we would drive it into a huge war, by letting loose our conditioned anti-kommunist hate.
I also think islam minoritys have a plight, to cooperate and tolerate other filosofy's (and their owns), i found the chetzen action most opportunistic, and didn't harbour much sympathy for the strategy or trust in the leaders. I am a bit sorry. But perhaps i shouldn't.
There are a few more awfull confessions ahead. But why eat all the cake at once.
So, why did Anna die? Personally, i tend to the opinion it was to blame Putin by 'helping' him. The chetzen case being nowhere near the precedent the west was looking for to maintain the occupation of irak and the hold on her oilresources.
I didn't use to think that.. before i blamed Putin, only today it changed.
Somehow i should have known better anyhow. Political murders inside Russia have more recently been targetting capitalist pigs, fat money bags that wanted to institute the reign of pro-usa corruption.
Where does she fit in that picture..?
