The coming period i will be less "close" to the news. How that goes? the difference is not so big, usualy it is the historical context and general attitudes that are most telling, however what is a difference, is i don't get that much of a check.
What is actually pictured on youtube about: myanmar, the murder of a joutnalist in gaza, or machinations in SA? etc. are matters i will not pick up in the going.
Well don't worry, youtube that is fascinating for its capacity to bear news, isn't
actually doing it as much, even with AlJ certainly being great in actuality.
Whats happening on the planet? simply put bush is doing its utmost to legitimise any kind of military agression, myanmar, china and iran are the focal enemy's, and perhaps zimbabwe. This is dangerous, and i point it out, because it is closing in to be actuality, have to mention russia, just to be sure, there is a real multipronged attack going on.
Also usia is trying to harbour bases on irak soil forever at this moment in time. For fun value.. you know how many airbases alone usia has there? over 30.
it is about.... oil, all of these nations have essential oilreserves. and somehwat about resources (zim) and regional influence (everywhere).
that means that after a few months of relative calmth the world is again in dangerous waters. Carter re-revealed the obvious israel having nukes, no surprise here, i thought that is known since about 1959.
Iran does have a right and a duty to promote independend nucleair industry, under threat of nucleair attack it will and probabaly has already, build atomic bombs.
It is not all as bad as it seems, Ahmadinajaadh nor the iranians are intend on using them, they are needed as a retaliation strike capacity since usia and its leaders have shown their illiterate capacity to threaten and even use nucleair weaponry.
That said i do underwrite non proliferation, and perhaps so does iran. I am not a muslim (and don't want to be one). The validity of the complaints is unobvious, but ruski will probably, being somewhat intimidated, only react in a pre-putinesque way, being under threat herself it wont give openess or informations since it probably considers itself safer with a strong iran then without one.
The myanmar crisis will play out in a possibly significant way, either help will be offered without the many strings attached, or neocons will seize the opportunity and march in after providing the myanmarese with hostage. The elections results there appear to broadly support the government.
Me, i don't trust elections, but i would guess the "undemocratic" aspect of the new constitution , that the nato-prospected new ruler of the myanmar and her elites, saung the english lady can't become president, didn't suffice as much as the unsubstanciated allegations had months been suggesting. In that sense interesting how this blackmailing through human suffering plays out. throw a coin.
martian exploration: depends. maybe still. concerning they still send no brush to clean the solar panels, nor a cable operated remote, and not expect to survive a winter, i guess not. If this mission is searching for life, i think it is actually ibentarising water resources mostly, it appears to be doing so in a strange location,
a suggested debris field of a waterbearing meteor, however i looked at the fotos, and it is more like a sedementary accumulation that eroded away then needed to be expected. perhaps the landing place was geologically more justified then i had expected. To me it seems they are looking for a relic of live where live could have been a relic, where i would have opted for a more mineral aproach , aiming for eg. carbon if possible, or looking for a relevant layer in a newer tectonic or impact area to find material that has not been exposed for these many millions of years and more. so about the top meter or a bit more of everything on mars can be expected to be completely sterile and chemically changed through cosmic bombardment. only really fresh exposures (of a few million years or so at most) would bear complex organic molecules. in the first 60 cm. anyway.
I don't like football. It's an economic waste and part of a ploy to have the labourers and slaves disregard their own body's and as such impregnate them with a negative vision of their value and quality of life, and as a result that of others.
Irak, important, some creepy thing is going on, usia is trying to push the greenzoners into signing an accord to have usian militairy on iraki soil for indefinite periods of time. Even had the iraki mp not yet been bribed the pressure on them to surrender their nation would be great. That besides usia always manages to get idotic strawman sign ridiculous accords so we can be severely worried about the follow up.
I hope irak shows unity in resisting this masquerade, that perhaps will save history from this next farce, since the green zone does have an interest in not being the legitimate target of every attack in irak.
Obama, obama is doing very well all, however he has to show the world he is willing to try to stop bush and his methods. Usually the democratic candidate, indeed being a malinformed usian, since they live with more lies then we the rest of the world, comes up with some rather crude and expressed geopolitical views that promise to be no great improvement on the situation, Obama is no exception. Fortunately politicians are not held to their promises a lot, but the effect of saying to much when u know to little can be disparaging. Bush has as much as 16 years experiences with promoting political goals quite contrary to mine, and he has not told anyone everything he knows. (nor has the republican administration informed the democrats or populace in every insight they got from the rest of the worlds minds, as an example bush could make a small concession or say a smart thing most ppl know, but not usians, that he has already done like twice and very strategically, (things i react on and have to support him)).
Don't underestimate this. Only when Obama has the nomination changing usia will really start and be important.
Remains to be said i expect clinton to be more of the same indeed. Altho she did campaign in a more politically correct way during bush , i seem to even have overrated her performance in that. The main problem is she is a member of the same clique, she is raised into interests very close to the ones of bush. Obama could offer sth newer and more different then that. If he errs here or there when we start this world anew, it need not be unovercomable, social sturctures are so bad these days the international world is on the risk of collapse. His humanism might easily turn that tide.
enough good advices for Usia.
England, england and teh netherlands are the among the more dangerous nations in the world at the moment. They have alredi a lot of the usian mindset. "we are innocent, starve the beggars". That besides they are the most surveillanced nations. a dutch or english can easily be filmed 8 hours a day and all their communications are tapped and screened routinely. This is called a guiding nation, but actually it is a experiment in control. The dutch are a favourite target in this.
Unfortunately the dutch are not aware they are so relevant, but our values of freedom and tolerance and our average intelligence are high, so what works on us , may also fool a french or italian and most western people.
English are scary, they are so isolated and bigotted i have no clue what they need these cameras for, probably to look what you can incite in crime in a future society of yurpean nitwits. Perhaps it got sth to do with "nobel-price winning peace accords".
(clintonette anyone?).
Censory, censory will continue and be worse the coming month, that is ill boding.
but, ill boding is what the current economical system is, it is not a reason for extra panic on its own. stop that war ppl. we need the precedent of peace.
Saying things forgot about....

mushroom clouds
m behind on posts, this one is about psilocybine.
It seems not overly important relatively harmless and beneficial as it is,
one good thing about not posting before is now i heard psilocybin (the working substances) are the only ones to induce new neuron patterns in an adult brain.
So you essentially need them to become more intelligent, and not the other way around, that you become more intelligent because you do what you need.(1)
Nehow, this rant of the dutch establishment, this next signal of them being bribed. Purposed to a society where everything and everyone is punishable beside a few rich,
has now sawn it's diverse spores of distress through quite a load of sectors that are some comfort to our world, here in this nation.
Not surprisingly we are dramatically dropping in human rights rankings.
The pretext of the event is another extremely weird and protracted usian event.
The 9-11 of drugs, this time it didn't suffice to kill a daughter of a leftish french intellectual, some crap usian 17 yo out of her mind descendant of drug users was made to suicide on some rampage that remembers highschool murders but was merely suicidal.
Being lethally vulnerable to natural substances through her (&great?)parents lifestyles, she arrived in netherlands, presumably already under influence of farmaceutical toxins since 50% of usian kids have that crap forced into them, these days a child with no asthma is the exception. (2)
Once in amsterdam, money is not a problem, the chick starts drinking, takes plenty xtc when she finds that, and we are made to believe after that she managed to still swallow psilocybin as well, before falling from a window some way.(3)
Okay i admit, dutch don't behave like that a lot, on the other hand the whole world is screened for the most crazy preoccupations before entering usia, chicken peas someone?, how can we expect them to export such insanity unchecked? they must have never heard of words like informations. Or perhaps, they do, just as us, and this was some suicidal 9-11 attack on a liberal dutch policy.
(1) myself i am not so convinced psilocybine is the only drug to have such positive effects, it warrants research at least amfetamine leaves a pleasant and usefull memory of inexhaustedness, and cannabis is supposed to reactivate the small brains,
lsd is famous for its 'flashbacks' tho i never noticed much, it's memory is rather faded because the composition is either perfectly familiar or utterly unsubstantiated.
(2) recently i saw a tv show that reminded me of 1930s , some supposedly 'nasty' kid
was cosily forced into some 're-socialisationcamp', ofcourse that kind of 'reality' tv is as big a fake as a follow it up would be, but no matter what they tried to hide, these parents were a crime of their own existence, typical usian that they were.
(3) or by merely dieing? This is a nation ruled through glossys and soaps, wich are things i don't read or watch much. AT least the story ahs it she had an allergic to psilocybine. Something i have not heard of before, yet everything is possible in our contaminated genetics.(asthma, allergys, learning difficulties)

Myanmar Cyclone
next to a suspicious outbreak in china, myanmar is the great event of the day.
Even so i relate to my this years first post. (hope i didn't mention it)
As a person with a lifelong interesse in climate, i have to add not often the first cyclone of a year is the severest, at least when they behave similar to tornado's.
As such it would be advisable to harvest crops along trajectorys of such manifestations standardly, when applicable. And not only? in bangladesh.
The indian ocean ofcourse is bigger then the gulf of Cuba. Critically interesting would be what the temperature rise of the more temperate and arctic streams could represent. An arctic stream u could digress with an iceberg 60 miles wide. These there are these days.
anyway..
Life appears to be selforganising, in many senses it is better to leave the planet alone and adapt our own behaviour. Unfortunately natural strikes may more often affect more natural areas and ecological resources, as their global function tends to be to prevent catastrophy.
In many ways this is the best that could have happened. Apart from posing a challenge for the military (not paying overly much attention immediatly at yangon seems reasonable, at least there is food for several days), no area got hit that would have depended on less natural building materials. Considering the scale of the event, a full blown (i would guess exagerated compared to historical records) 'cyclone' striking hard at a delta, a somewhat unlucky hit at bangladesh or another nations might have resulted in comparable or actually more deads.
anyhow the higher nr mentioned has now risen to 15000, wich means there are most possibly more , if you would go with this_tsunami kind of 'no panic' reporting.
the scientist must suspect stronger then even me that such grotesk events are directly related to human activity.

600000 bullets a day
I rili don't feel like doing this, but here goes some more critics on UN.
What we actually see on play in media and politics these months is something that should stop. Obviously people still have great hopes for a better future of their society's . When kenya happened, and to our not small surprise usia ceded short before actual recidivist genocide, the obvious situation that the palestineans will
be repressed into some support, and last and foremost Obama.
The nepalese elections having delivered a maoist majority is no small surprise in times of electional fraude, that butan abolishes monarchy is always a promise, people are writing constitutions evrywhere, and another 4 million ppl nation, paraquai will enjoy some more freedom and justice. What i think is these are small cookies.
anyway it should not be enough to give up hope, but what stands against it.
Against it stands the usian elections, that as always are turned in a parade of bias and fears. The obvious situation that perhaps not even obama can get the neocons out of irak, the huge problem with foodshortages, and the enduring pressure from the west on africa.
Situations have become rather obsessed. there is a small minority shouting tibet should go above evrything, hardly needed because it would be above evrything anyhow,
the media represent it extremely well. It's obviously as well planned as the games in peking are. Now the tibetans are just having bad luck. they are a usefull pawn
in the hands of the antichinese, happening to be the same that want to stay in irak.
as such they have become a ridicule of international relations, wich is not quite the greatest service their sponsors offered. Then again.. generally spoken you would sympathise with the tibetans, wich could be a reason to voice discontent, i do wonder wat wud happen if usia hosted these games, i fear i would well be willing to disturb their ridiculous flame run. Since china already grants the tibetan province cultural autonomy, asking more would be encrouching on their territorial integrity.
I must say the reports i hear about chinas behaviour in tibet are shocking to my norms, well aware that i am that shocking things like these happen in many places of the world certainly also under usian (and nato, even un) flag.
So its a very hypocrit story to preach independance for tibet, when actually the chinese society as a whole is modernising and the attention at the olympic games could also be a more sincere attempt to promote human rights in general.
I guess that is not on the agenda, becus they are not so sure they want to be pointed at human rights all the next olympics.
Then there is the mugabe affair.
Very long brittain has resisted to let go of zimbabwe before independance. it resulted in one more bloody conflict, that was complicated through SA interference,
special quads of other nations operating, english, fighting, massive human rights infringements (mostly by the whites) and a radiation of civil warlike armed conflicts in the area. Allthough that was ofcourse regionally mutual, in all these cases SA and western foreign policy played a role.
at one point the situation in zim could not anymore be held, and as one of the last it decolonised. Immediatly ridiculous claims were brought by whites who thought they still owned the land and positions they stole. Not only that, sanctions and boykots were brought into effect, and have been there ever since.
Now there is MDC and morgan tsvangirai. He is quite an amable guy himself, however he is representing the obvious surrender option. He is regarded as someone who has close ties to the english, every diplomatic move SA or angola makes shows they are under great international pressure themselves. That means : africa is not decolonised yet, strangely indeed SA better economy hardly helps the poor, and so its hard to sympathise with the opponents of mugabe. It wudnt introduce normal relations with the western world, but assymetrical ones.
Now in the media robert mugabe is depicted as a brute, a hideous dictator and perpetrator of every evil deed and even genocidal actions. His better sides kept in the shadow as ever since independance. The zim people are actually not that excited as we are all made to think. Chances are all this anti mugabe diplomatics are basically spilled on the zim populace and actually more will vote for mugabe.
That besides the camp remains very split, about half of the ppl supporting mugabe, the rest vying for morgan or any iniative. Normalisation of the relations with zimbabwe could also now be done, without morgan tsvangirai. It is very doubtfull if this priority with presidents is so usefull anyhow, considering that a democracy is supposed to be ruled by its parliament.
actually the west says: we want our own dictator there. that is a big risk to take.
Zimbabwe will never be all slave and downtrodden attitude again, and a great change in national politics not rarely escalates into violence.
iotw, if morgan wins he has to take some care in not destroying to much of the existing structures fast or the result will imediatly be a repressive situation.
So thats a dirty case. Tibet is a dirty case, zimbabwe is one, now what is next on the war and hate agenda of the western media....
Ill tell you. it is georgia. The nato has now deployed the un against georgia.
i think its a dirty soup they are steering in, at a dirty time in history.

Baghdad 9th first day of the future?
This post is not anymore up to date.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the procedure is postponed for an unknown period, presumably not ggoing to happen at all who would celebrate a 5 year occupation 5 months off.
I guess some time will be spend ny sadr on working on the arbitrage proposal in between, i start to wonder what is true about the news what sadr said, reminds me a bit of western media 'knowing' far away elections results. today i saw the rather contrary statements of a disarmament agreement, and the wish to be guaranteed from us strikes.
There's an impressive pile of bumps and notches on the plan, and it is essential it stays completely transparant in its fundamental(s). Otoh. it's about a plan for people who's lives are yet hurt disproportionate, certainly not a reason to trust sociological projections, and as such completely independend.
anyhow go ahead still .. read, if u like.
In baghdad the 9th, a million people or more will be on the march for peace.
(if they let them i guess)
Okay a peace that they like, but still peace. Perhaps it will be many more.
Allthough.. baghdad is all split up in tiny pieces through concrete walls and roadblocks, its hard to be sure they could get through. There is also a risk of provocations by authoritys or attacks (by rabiate antishias uncovered in the surge)
Actually i think there is a small chance the sunni will overcome their fear, the kurds will send a delegation or two , and the badr , baath and even secular iraqi represent. When the people can overcome still more fears then that, it could be sunni and shia would do the jolly partying through the street thing together once again.
That would be ideal. Also for Sadr;) with the provincial elections ahead, checking against sadr would become like finding a roofpane in a blind wall;)
Just joking. It would be ideal for sadr, but he deserves it a bit. If iraki is a failed state? topple that government. There is an end to argument. Irak is a failed state, in so far that it's inhabitants have a reason to resist it.
The badr faction that is infamous amongst usian for being 'independence minded',
whatever that apparently means in their confused minds(1), would be better to join in, after all they want an independend and united irak in parliament as well do they?
Reconciliation with the madhi army, sadr movement and madhi ideology should be a part of the process, it is not the worst moment for that, as they have shown they are ready to negotiate violence. Waiting longer in this exact situation would always create new wounds.
what do you think?
Yankee go home!
(1) some 'post' greenzone military police state as far as i see the reach of their future there, but i am not very sure many of them are aware of that.
Good simple lesson, one way to not stop genocides is to go out for revenge on the associated faction of the dictator u remove.

Month of the 9th
This post is not anymore up to date.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, my patient, well informed and friendly lawyer got a flue, the procedure is postponed for an unknown period, presumably months.
I suppose i could spend some time on working on the arbitrage proposal in between,
when i wrote this piece yesterday, i thought i should have been more stipulative and exact, less just giving the vague idea..
There's an impressive pile of bumps and notches on the plan, and it is essential it stays completely transparant in its fundamental(s). Otoh. it's about a plan for people who's lives are yet hurt disproportionate, certainly not a reason to trust sociological projections, and as such completely independend.

last year 9-september my house was robbed and broken into by the cops. the 9th there will be a procedure where i will refuse to admit to such unpolitical, oddly founded, ill interpreted, badly abused, intend of the dutch state (and a relatively big part of its government) to satisfy the need of their populace for a more tolerant and decriminalising, instead of criminalising, aproach on drugs specifically and the shortcomings and related downfall of legal quality in general.
Elas, tseems even my inbox, isn't safe i cant give u the due time and place just yet.
Unfortunately really working at the case made me feel severely ill, i actually had rather a bad week after i tried even once. That combined with the absolute certainty about the accesibillity of all my digital produce and communications make i hardly want to write anything about this case on the computer as i fear the procedure may be more psychologically ready to nullify my very reasonable arguments.
I don't exactly expect cooperation, and i have no idea in what set up i have landed precisely. It's hardly plausible that a hammering kind of do the right cases in the wrong kind of way person, would be so open to critics on the validity of her actual functioning. Let alone that it would actually initiate the compensation of what they done wrong. My doubts over it are severe at the least.
That's why i plan to state very explicitly that every piece of the procedings against my person is invalid and that it is not acceptable that such a heap of rubbish and perhaps some gossip would suffice to standardly punish and verdict someone. Let alone in a construct that is either suit for judging parking cases, or otherways abused for so much more things then i might imagine, only the thought of it would be to much to cope to be locked in such a fake trial.. standardly.
Anyhow once bfore i threatened i would drop 10 percent of the dutch national income in a year if they would not reward me somewhat proportionally, wich didnt happen.
Accept that the BNP did happen. And i think.. a court would have registered a thing like that. I very much wonder if they understand i am worth more then 11 million still.
hi judge..
oh yes on now with the real event for that day.
So apart from that bragging smells i don't find it easy to come up with all the thousands of right examples where the law got abused to impose a conservative legislature after in this case even a progressive intend, and that court and justice is dependend. Namely dependend with the conservatism.
Well ofcourse such a thing wouldn't only show in a minor case, for a minor court,
nevertheless the nr of victims easiliest shows in these minor cases. It has actually hit 10000s perhaps even 100000s of the poorest and underpriviliged dutch.
And i am talking about this exact single law that is now being jeered on me.
Such injustice be it that it sometimes happens in matters that would hardly make an international scene, is hard to bear, and the most loathsome to fight. It's called: institutionalisation if you work that the wrong way, you will ever fight the same lost post with less result. That is the reasonm o took this rather great and large topic. Homegorwn marihuana. When my mind is already for a long time on just screwing them over one of their attrocious attacks of justice or their absolute attitudes
in implementing the most idiocrous jurisdiction that doesn't stand the light of a not exactly specialised person , and basically doesn;t do that in any respect or aspect. This is a good case, whatever i win i win for thousands of people, and i decided to put the most absurd claims i dared to show that they should care, and for having to voice my general opinion that ridiculous claims are to often rewarded in a ridiculous (and political , even military context.
Its a kind of paradox for them, that they are better of if they pay me a lot for negating this blatant piece of obstructive conservatist jurisprudence back to a workable prepostion. The actual claims are: 11 million for me, and 1.5 billion to be put in a fund to promote the trade and use of drugs.
Basically the fund is meant as a start to give people more rights for healthservice adequate representation for the law etc. etc. even if they are in conflict with the law. Wich is why the scope is so limited. within the amount there is some space to
organise a paralel to legal structure, but initially the only outside task i want to put to the organisation specifically is to register and file the endless possible direct conflicts of law and justice and open up a route for any well founded anti-legal claims, to be immediatly aprehended by a large and in as far as could be made possible international context. Wich might perhaps give us an solution to the dillema of juriprudence in legislature.
However such a kind of advocatury (lawyer) standard is way to much to task an organisation with that has the task to set right the wrong done, compensate the poorest of ones so strucken, index the actual effects it had, and come with better and more workable justice and anti-crime strategy's then before.
It will be a long time with a lot of work, wich it from the perspective of a lawyer would be anyway. Obviously such a structure with this funding would have a limited possibillity to temper drugstrade and crime. For example by finding a better definition to solve the 'aching to racism, ala wilders' inequal distribution of prisoners among colours.
Anyway such an organisation could only function if it has the very conscious intend to double legislature. Thats why we might as well start with a straightforward aproach. The better aproach to drugs is a positive one, and organisation that would want to promote that and the trades of such aproaches is better of with a name that says it all. A revolutionairy name to be reminded of her criminal intend to do right.
Even if the "rights" would stop to do wrong.
Otoh. it's about a plan for people who's lives are yet hurt disproportionate, certainly not a reason to trust sociological projections, and as such completely independend.

worst enemy of peace, put an end to the nato
Maybe i am suspect, and maybe the nato is actually my favourite instrument of torture, sure they put a show for that. It's logical, nato is the greatest tool to make an impression. Anything wrong, send in the nato, bomb the scene, and everyone knows where we actually stand. Great material.. pah, i think i can destroy most of the worlds armies and airforces using just robots, through.... the nato.
Unfortunately every usefull tool gets abused.
The nato as it existed has always deprived us of the option to think or trade peacefully with the east. The sovjet union and china. However after the warshaw pact was abolished, the opposing army of the dark, remained.
Having outlived it's doubtfull purpose the nato shines as an instrument of repression, cruelty and injustice. It's conspirative nature made it a handy tool in the hands of ppl who think the world is a thing you can toll when you have the biggest gun.
After the first amazement, when it appeared the east was ready to lack animosity, soon nato turned an evil eye on new purpose, new tasks. We now see an organisation that existed to destroy a mythological enemy, bussy creating and destroying new, and obviously weaker ones.
Meanwhile the misty deals over weapons reel while i write, or talk to a friend.
Nato is the iron fist that shows us every time this world is not our own, and so are not our governments.

Personally i try not to be rude.
However sometimes i screw up.
Basically i will remove, discriminating and hate posts. And comments clearly derivant from well prepared 'neocon' (kapitalist) pr or secret service agents. (aivd , fbi, mossad etc.)
Dutch language is welcome.
