well today the paper tells the leader of columbia's farc escaped capture. in itself no news;)

had he not escaped just that attempt from the overpowerfull servants of the rich, the army of young loosers of a life..

we could almost have doubted farc still existed.

perhaps that is why they been so apt at hostage taking the last decade, to denounce the media campaign of their total demise.. sth i remember that started before the big hits against farc even took place.

so that was news, farc is very much more active and alive then has been openly admitted over a decade. i think farc is against the oil and mineral corporations that destroy south america and leave it polluted, killing terrifying and sickening the people. so eu, canada and usia, denounce farc.

bad news and has been so for some thirty years.. but thats what it allways looked like to me.

i start with this tale, perhaps to introduce how i don't feel secure about much that has been reported over libya or even syria.

still i want to write a couple of things about those two situations.

firstly there is also the mladic process going. he might be mystified, the complaint features that the nato campaign and the orchestrated tribality's of the time claimed 130k lives at least.

such a thorough underestimate on the most public of fora, we can say he witnesses the falsification of history inside out. i don't envy him, alltho for now unlike the usual lowly people, he is still alive.

he must feel his chances are dim in the context. reminds me of ocampo, not what he said even, but that he inferes anything about , was it libya, i think so, but perhaps it was an another enemy of the oil corps, beforehand and with supposed authority.. i found it weird. almost to the point i got curious about the guys assets and interests.

i think the free world is having an identity crisis that they grapple for any straw to see their opinions represented.

you know, kadaffi is " not that bad" he was part of the prisoner project eg. when usia shipped the arab suspects to egypt , libya and syria for torture, he was with "the good fellows".

also no matter how deadly he has been, a few months of strife, and perhaps not in the last the blind zeal wrapped upon the 'revolutionairy's, the few months have been deadier and bloodier then that.

i dont have an opinion, just want people to also notice that.
perhaps not for many but for some in libya it is easy to fear what is next, without kadaffi, some other ruler, family clan, system and interests, probably one related with , what is the word? imperialist? , in fact related with western security corporations, will bring to bear.

what exactly, noone knows, do we look at algeria, (what silence about this french ally??),
or say sudan? western africa? we see one despote more often replaced by a worse then anything else.

this will under any circumstance remain a worry for libya, and i would guess also for syria, for years to come. much like now in egypt we see plenty of the powers 'that be' in a reactionairy swing that may still waste it all.

in a few ways, such are the ways of the reaction, the purpose is to lay waste, the exact means are a second.

that sentence reminds me of the last line i wrote on robert gates just before he quit job. so it would be a nice last line for an article, but, and that is all only about libya, without any direct relation to bahrein, algeria or syria, or a king that rekindles his kingship in a more formal and akingly familiar way, by legitimising their own new claim through a referendum.

the referendum itself is the best proof the intents are not that democratical, a real development would not want such formal affirmation, and by speaking about it i keep it of the table in parts for decades still to come, it sticks to the mind like that.

that besides i think it is horrible, i dont know who i behind the tactical planning for the libyan rebels, and their territorial strategy's, but it is a warcriminal.

that is just an opinion, i am not even taking sides, the circumstances and methods in libya and all the other client states certainly warrant the predicate for the other sides.

but it is insane, a military insane situation and i wonder what sticks behind the predictable predictment (..) . remember how they first send a revolutionairy division (forgive the expression) over the coastal road through misurata and on?

completely miliary undoable, and with no effort to turn it far over the classical concept of Tobruk, in technical terms, one that obviously khadaffi 'd fondled.

weird. i dont accept such stuf as coincedence. the result is a horrible stalemately brotherly bloodbath, a war of attrition even. over.. over what?

people do not easily learn, they find it hard to change their ways.

rulers otoh usually pick the wrong sentiments to cling to power, these basics are beneath this civil war.

personally , speaking from the khadaffi side, i don't see how a status quo, or the fallible result of the change of it, should be so much of an excuse of dischord, and bloodshed,

no matter what, and what side wins, like bob marley said,

"to free the world they need to free their own minds."

things are just what they appear to you, if you regard them as things that show themselves to you.

better to consider them things that appear to you to appear the things that they appear.

if then they appear something different then they appear you know what and whatfor they are.

that's with aljazeera's dos for one thing. aljazeera isn't a radical medium, not really.
it is a mainstream outlet, with only moderate emancipatory character.

it is somewhat critical at times, and has a little attention for what you might call 'talk on the street'. it doesn't shun sensationalism really. and most importantly, it is a straightforward tool of bluntly put nato/us/and such opinionism.

so such dos may serve to harness their apparent (..) credibility, if that is the case i would guess the military lobby is having something creeping in their sleeves.

however except for the reference of general say 'worldwide' credibility i didnt get any clear signal.

frost featured a mladic-like character, that wanted his ethnically cleansed territory's cus that's how nato does that, and he is as relevant as 'eastern europe and the baltic states'.

that are cheap sentiments to play. typically he still favours the platform.

so, back to politics. the greatest news of the day? brazil has a female chief of staff. that is,

something has changed. at the best time, (i read a feminist writer is one of her rolemodels..),
to change something.

brazil has recently been one of the more unifying factors in the world. so, that it goes with the fiction or story of a much greater brazil (i agree brazil is great , but that's not much necessary, or perhaps it is), is in one word : great.

she is a woman with a position to change things, like the feminist education of the egypt army,
such stuf.. is plainly juicy. no that is not bad news.

in egypt, i hear.., police and by extension (they are rather a lot more in charge atm.) the army,
in egypt have been prosecuting democrats. well so i hear, other voices say it is not that bad, but i would insist you cannot have any political prosecution in a state like egypt in a time like this.

first you have to regard critically your moral, next you have to make do with the false picture as it was shaped through the regime's forces before, the media haven't hardly dared to give much of the auditing to the public really, the brothers, despite their choosen words, is also a bunch of polarised traditionalists with no great perception. come or go, you don't want your emancipatory forces to burn 'places of worship' or the clients in for therapy.

just like, yeah yesterday i was promoting my freedom, now i am picking on someone else's.

i don't expect this explain anything to anyone, and i wonder how traditionalism would apply any much more this time of the year to shia than to sunni.

even that, is not of much interest, the whole subject of religion, is much like that of sexuality.

pooh, i owe you one, didnt yet really get to , well, there was this nice show on tv. had a decent week besides.

what can i say, it's a steady habit and a hatefull one at it of institutions to release an utmost of administrive restrict on me, for as long as i can remember in fact. well.. perhaps not quite true,

i was on the oddlist of selfshaped personality's on some secondairy school. that was a one thing that made life easier for me then the usual. just for the idea the rest was supposed to be repressed (aka terrorised, intimidated) back into a sheeplike mode of obedience.

these days schools feature abuse (currently in striking denial) and fine you if you or your kid decide it is not the best idea,

for some reason it coincides with, a certain psychiatrisation of the youth, reknownedly as where it first so suited pharmaceutically, just for the idea.

pull on the line that the supposedly guiding nation or perhaps more complementary testing case netherland in fact has the wickiest set of regulations to put individuals under authority of plenty institutions and drawing the line back you might notice something is the matter.

a few things perhaps. however that is not the story.

the story is i am contrary to the slight scraps of apparently formal nonsense i seen, not only stolen from regularly, pretty much every month in the very least, directly, through the electronic bankaccount evryone needs, (sometimes i even think it weird i would have then never received anything there besides, but that has been some time),

no its not all, they tooks the extras so much as everyone else apparently gets, the holliday money,(when the fine was payed allready) allthough 'the (i havent the faintest what for) fine, that 'has been anounced'(but not in the measure carboncopy's or whatever of that exist, i actually never seen anything,

and take it
it just went the same way as when i got my temporary railcard taken (a proof of payment) and never received a new one after payment to follow with more of the same robbery from the railways through again, denying the duration of the word year. (this time after much effort,
taking of 3 months with no reason whatsover the next year).

lol i used to make efforts for small savings, never the fuck understanding why it wouldn't untill i started calculating and remembered so many other of similar experiences. that i rather not remembered it, had i been stupid.

well long story short they don't only do that with payments, fines, income, extra's, saving, returnpayments, bills, apparently any significant acount of money that would come my way, no,

they do that with institutions and services for society as a whole starting with my person,

the first time when i first needed to take care for food for myself, for a whole year.
to my knowledge it had never been denied, and was not yet even legal to apply.

that was a year or so.
i only ate apples. i hate apples, except some tropical ones, and in juicemixes.

i didnt only eat apples, but mostly i ate apples, weeks on end, a whole winter.

well. and so it has ever been when i got into a house , or way of living, whatever, basically when i needed stuf like food. warmth, perhaps not in the least travel costs,

i didnt feel useless or so, or that any of these denying and stealing from evryone and me, (but me first if they saw the chance, and it seems to get me hated) ever did anything remotely as usefull,

so i protested, i even went to court, and lost that. why? as i am often told to have to understand it, for "i have no lawyer".

well if, i would the nitpicky tidstads from lawyers to win a proces about something obviously covered in the most repressive of constitutions, equality, i would need a lawyer, if something that is so obviously clear to me, and that i fortunately showed before a judge earlier, that i have been the individual target time and again of plenty such agression and hate of the rich,
(i think i can improvise at least ten examples without even making notes).

then, i dont need a judge.

than everyone should get a lawyer by law that loves to lick the specific kind of judges ass or whatever it takes, and they should never again bother anyone with any appeal or chance of proces.

nobody would believe that would work, so you can see the argument a judge would need a lawyer to understand a victim, "pukably 'client'". basically you can kiss my ass with your courts.

ya know if i was trying to frame an insurance or so. ok i might get that, but to judge real certain facts for real certain facts, their own fucking documents?

the choice of weapon of sales

in as much as headlines count "nato intensifies bombardment of libya".
they do target khadaffi mostly at least symbolically or so it says, mh quite, their point.

recently obama had a weird adventure, i personally assume israel has been capturing it's niche, in the media context of arab events.

perhaps not, anyhow he stated "israel must respect the palestinean souvereignety of 1967 as much as israel wants the world to respect theirs", or sth. on the line.

next he deposits the exact opposite for a few days in chorus with netanyahu, perhaps that is why i think i have a good right to say sth. not according to any sharia.

ok i know obama thinks palestineans should have somehow discernable rights, and i know he , his aipac's, and netanyahu will never really go any length into doing the palestineans a good deal.

after obama is once more bumped, snubbed, why insult upon injury, why the boring extra day of non news? propaganda, and obama is only a tool.

is it that both sell weapons? i think so, the difference between my personal destitution and persecuted status and any other people's would be that minor.

that is also a problem with the libya event, there are those in industry and governments, that love to sell weapons, giving them the opportunity allways turns wrong.

i still make an ideological post, whatever should i. for libya, i have an idea, think deeply, where in the world can be the experiment of social justice? it is not up to this small tribe of libyans to fail us from there.

libyans themselves can think about the margins, even khadaffi cannot control they are making sense like this. on the funny side, i am curious if @nato would still be on the bombing.

for syria i am not happy. look at what erdogan is doing, the opposition candidates think vote counting is not anything just for tabloids still.

hello , this time or again. This is another, not really the first post about me.

about me? no rili it is about censoring and terror just as much. but how are you to believe that?
i dont even think my mum beliefs what happens to me all these years.

She does her best for me, or something closely aking a humans best, i love her, but to the topic
i am going to write about it isnt that much help, i get so mad, time and again being disqualified for justice, i cant have a normal discussion about it without getting mad.

justice should be real, and not for the rich by the rich. justice should be for people because otherways the law is against people,

people dont have to be lawfull, when the law is only against them.

that is why justice has a principle of equality, and laws and rights have a long tradition that they need to be correct to be applied.

starting with proof, but also a guarantee against personal prosecution, s guarantee basically for equality before the law.

if one person cannot be punished , to an extent or more, for something, also noone else should.
those kinds of principles.

i wont mention all of those instances of justice degraded to me in person beforehand, i may even write this whole story several times,

obviously i do what they want. by reacting in the public they will have opportunity to find contraptions and disqualifications they would need to otherwise learn by painfull faillure against many different people, who do not theirselves collect and have the argument.

a law that allows for no rights for me, fortunately is not internationaly allowed, not considered humane.
