what is the matter with obama, is he intimidated? blackmailed? just a liar to start with? more of a nitwitz on international politics then we grasp? To busy with social reforms he never had time to have a look into antimilitarism? shocked by the real magnitude of violence and injustice and holing up in a shell that provided apparent safety so far?

The problem with western capitalism is that in it's long boding bankrupcy it has exactly been moving to outright fascist practice in small steps of degradation of human rights, civil right, speicifically individual juridical status. In stead of only trying to make the corporations greater then the individual person, they opt to make the person smaller (in rights ) actively.

Am i far off to think it is a human right to have a civil trial?
that judging by military trials allows for a whole new set of gruesome events?
that the practice of covering up the intrinsic cruelty of controlling the masses will only lead to more scandaleous outrages in secret?

unfortunately i am right, and obama is the noob here. Many people are shocked.
