most of u and surely the dutch will know there has been a shoot out on a dutch beach,
it's been *the* major topic here.

unfortunately teh police is obviously not willing to admit or report her own role in it. It has to do with the involvment of undercover agents, and also with the general aproach not to admit mistakes and violence.

On itself this is no unique thing, but there are several reasons why this event is exemplary for netherlands, in it's treatment through the media, and as a signal of the general trend to raise the level of repression.

how that?

well let me tell the story short as i get it,

there is a big event, the police is there uniformed and undercover, it is a party, so initially no political motive would be suspected behind this escalation.
(if it had been a political event, i think it would not have happened because in that case the struggle to rid ourselves from the dangerous interference of undercovers often becomes closer to an exchange, many participants being aware of the inevitability and measure of intolerance they incur.)

however apparently a part of the visitors is on police observation lists the police does not publically admit their 'undercovers' had in that sense been uncovered by the people who (because the background is in repressive thinking) became their victims beforehand.

this means it is time for a little background, metherlands has had very many very huge and crazy party's. i am no big participant but 100000's of ppl have been involved, and 100000s have tried extasy with the obligatory beers. with all these party's little disastrous happened. yet the last couple of years right wing politicians are trying to raise the level of intolerance. 'trying to' being a thorough understatement here, as a repressive measure has often been applied and implemented.(just like now again btw.)

to give a verbose example of this, teh police is not allowed earrings, tattoo's or
piercings anymore.
they are set aside from the people turned into other beings (like a police dog is not rili like a dog) and tought to discriminate over appearance.

set aside in appearance they will seek a justification.. a thing in wich police excells.

so thats the background. not only for me, but for the people who love this kind of party's also, it is not only earrings , but visible in many aspects, for example the quality of available extacy dropped enormously through their abject and insightless policing, and there are plenty new laws that emphasize the distance between human and uniform. So it is all very suspect, from the pov of a 'democrat', an egalitarian or libertarian individual.

i figure the undercoveers have been behaving macho in the mass. they usually do, they cannot resist to toy with their power. being very annoying anyhow, because tehy think they should harras people on the party, but, like with me, i guess in many cases also throughout their lives.

the participations of agents in civil does not have to be the problem i think, it is allways inevitable anyhow, but the actual activity's and consequences for the individual are most agitating. it is your security, health , finances, loves and friendships that are the victim of their interference, so it feels like no measure against it would be completely unjustified,

that besides penal records and probably convictions are used as a tool to disengage individuals from social affairs.

oh well so they got uncovered once more, and very publically, the masses that have no answer to their armed presence do the usual thing, look and push another closer,
with little room the undercovers (obviously some of them former migrants) panic draw their pistols and create a scene the dutch state is now trying to erase from public records, conscience and youtube. mostly because through their chit-chat apparatus alarmed collegues start shooting at some safer place in response to either directed or warningshots.

the mass that these days is somewhat used to intimidation is not greatly impressed. (eg. the 'lie down' ordre is rather hilarious, after the air they (officially!?) shoot at the legs riot? and besides it was much to crowded in the space for anyone but the police to lie down.

the shooting does have some of the desired effect both groups of (undercover , at least one group) escape via their coordination point. the party then ends and the wounded and dead are collected. (not allways in a very smart way, and not very quickly or easily)

However.. sicne there has been this limitation of the joy in partys the past few years, there is an option this is not a coincedence, as a result of the police having a shootout voices now say party's are to dangerous, and a crude implementation of diallowance is immediatly applied. all to readily when the police opens fire and misbehaves in public events the people get the blame, and the actual intentions behind, to limit mobility and freedom of the masses hits in.

as suually noone dares to raise the question or our right to live without interference. the victim's still in the hands of the police , wounded , dead, or observed. the tabloids report (not obviously related) people from minority's with guns, but does not mention such were among the police.

the other subject, usian health. its got a bad name, eyewitnesses told me the average person there may well need a cart to even do shopping.
so it's not they have it to much, health.

now they all elected O. and he has a plan, was elected with that plan, soemhow the people of usia don't realise they are being distracted by a small minority of utterly well insured private organ reusers? they should raise their voice and support O. for their own sake, instead of giving ear to spooky horrorstorys of tabloid level. What did they vote for? to be fooled again by the first next conservative claimant of (fascistoid) fundamentalist breed? ridiculous, sick.

fair trade terrorism

In france i have been checked and searched some uh, 10 or so times in less days, i rili lost count, 7 searches and 1 arrest was the most on 1 day. During two of these events i was told something interesting by the police.

after watching my passports private parts they looked at me cheerfully and said: "ah terrorist"..

some 23 years ago, i found at one of these very early monogreen terminals, i was listed a 'potential terrorist'. it didn't really bother me so much. anyone could be a potential terrorist, and i took it they wanted to merely make a 'politically dissident ' notation. Keep an eye on this guy or something,
they must have been wasting a lot of time that way.

However it got me thinking: "what changed my status?" and i can't rili think of a thing, but one.

years ago when i wanted finally a reward for all the work i done, and some rest instead of the perpetual rage and anger of hunger and denial, i told a judge i would lower the dutch gnp by 10 percent if they wouldn't afford me a decent income. I got a halfdecent one, in a judgement compromising the law. not so strange i that actually had protested that several juridical 'precedents' could be wrought upon one person, got another. so the gnp dropped 10 percent.

heh, in the capitalist world of "free trade", if you are poor and interfere with the roaming of the markets, you are a terrorist.

longterm repression effects

For the moment i am in france, apart from the azerty keyboard i found worse annoyances to cope with,
you name it, guess what happens when you control people, that once crossed streets, identycard's year after year? They get completely confined to the pavement....it will also convince the people police interference has nothing to do with their lives.

well great, as if i hadnt seen that happening in netherlands. It is a bit disencouraging even embarrasing to see people so unprepared to repression they witness all day, get so mad they rather die then take a sane decision.

i don't belief anything about these yurpean elections. what? 40% only voters? that can't be true, even in the 2 minutes i spend a percentage of the neighbourhood's electorate was visible, on one other occasion i was the only one not to have voted yet. so thats point one. question: why? answer SP (socialist party).
i bet all the 20 odd percent disappeared voters all voted SP, like last time.
Next the pvdd seems to have made a hit, not unthinkable, according the same logic the dutch vote Socialist Party ( a rather new socialist alternative over the neo liberal) they may opt to vote a greener , and even more obscurable party. (signals pointing to red here).

so the next contemplation should be the counting. This time the vote was on paper.

I am so angry about something, it influences my whole day. Do other people have that?
I bet. Yet, the objects of my anger deserve no such attention, i never let attacks on my person, or integrity destroy my mindflow in such a way, when it's useless,

So obviously i hardly remembered it and just took it as a token story of the rubbish mentality my fellowcountryman achievements allows.

Myself i was quite conscious of the dangers of traffic. I decided not to drive, and thus not to kill anyone by accident. Not ny their 'fault' nor mine.

These days i made the calculation how much time of my life is wasted by people insisting to endanger my life and others. (you loose 9 days a year on 1 traffic light a day, averagely, because you are all but priviliged as a cyclist.)

For pedestrians it is slightly easier to evade some of the problem, they are not so possesed with keeping set trajectory's. So one might asume that would be more flexible, or at least, appreciated. Apparently it is not even known. Not even realised, by 100 out of 101 drivers that you could let a pedestrian cross. You could surely let a pedestrian cross when you are anyhow about to stop or making no significant extra chance to score your next trafficlight.

It is not so, the more cars a nation has the longer you stand, the riskier the crossing and the people inside are all horror prepared nightmarish tokens of selfindulgence. Quitte ready to run over you would you still dare to cross a street.

oke i realised that before, what actually happened is oral history, but now today...

so i cross a 10minute-red trafficlight with cars standing still, (without pushing their "wait" button) halfway. The next and last car that is supposed to cross in front of me..
stands still!
oh well i stood still so that on it's own is no surprise. But it stood still on the middle of that crowded crossroad when it could easily pass?!

it was one of these big 4wd cars that would never (it happened to me once a car like that, and in the price class perhaps 3 times in 40 years odd..) stop, if you just want to cross the street. The uneconimical model. I wondered why?

suddenly i realised, it had perceived my action as to free, to easily escaping the hindrance of trafficlights that are not for me.

i stood and thought, but knowing their machinery i knew i would get over safe most probably, so i quickly crossed.
